Our mission is to make exercise inclusive and accessible for all. We understand that living with a chronic illness isn’t easy. In many cases, those with chronic illnesses cannot exercise in the same way as others, or struggle with certain moves or types of exercises. Everyone is different which is why we’ve developed our range of home workout plans tailored to those with different chronic illnesses, alongside general fitness, and junior classes. Part of the membership fee goes towards paying for community members accessing part-funded or free membership. We are committed to delivering a better quality of life for all at an affordable cost. Whether subscribing to a general membership or part of the chronic illness community, our members can feel proud in knowing that they are supporting a social enterprise business whose social purpose is to give back to the community by providing expert health and fitness to those who could otherwise be excluded from mainstream service due to ill health.
